As California and the nation show increasing positive signs of sustained economic recovery, the Bay Area Council is focusing its 2013 Outlook...California Forward is working to make government more accountable, transparent, and focused on results. We're holding events and partnering with organizations all over the state to hear from our fellow Californians and share CA Fwd's work to stabilize the state budget, make local governments more accountable, and encourage local governments and agencies to work together. Californians deserve a government that works – providing essential education, health, public safety and other services that are efficient and effective. To date, we have spoken to more than 60,000 Californians and counting!
