Video: Ann Ravel and the FPPC are keeping elections honest

We had a chance to sit down for an extended and very frank conversation with Ann Ravel, Chair of California’s Fair Political Practices Commission. In this video, we ask her what are the challenges facing her office today, to talk about her office’s crusade against anonymous independent expenditures in California politics, and what else the FPPC is putting on its agenda for 2013.

As we close in on Wednesday’s Future of California Elections event in Sacramento, Chair Ravel is doing her part to keep the statewide conversation focused on maintaining the intergrity of our elections and iniative process.
